The building is two storey and asymmetrical in plan. It is enclosed within a boundary wall which has an entrance deedh. The entrance of the house is from an off-centric porch with a balcony over it in the first floor. The form of the building suggests that it has series of rooms only on one side of the entrance porch. |

The principal building materials are stone in the ground floor and brick in the first floor. The building is mud-plastered externally. Other significant materials that have been used for construction is timber for floor and ceiling joist. The balcony on the first floor is also built in timber. The roof is in CGI and appears incomplete. The windows are still original and are partly glazed and paneled. |
