Rectangular in plan, the property is largely constructed in brick masonry. The building goes up to two floors with a bay window on each side of the central entrance starting at the ground floor and going up to the first floor. The entrance is highlighted by an arched porch which leads to a large hall on the ground floor. Over this porch repeats a verandah on the first floor and an extended porch on the attic floor. |

The property is primarily built in brick masonry. There is use of timber for the construction of floor joists. The walls of the attic floor are in dhajji-dewari. The windows of the first floor are rectangular glazed and paneled type and the windows on the ground floor are pointed arched with carved wooden top panels. The building has not been plastered externally but colour-washed directly over the neatly lime-pointed bricks. The roof is single-pitched with a central ridge. |
