इमारत/संरचना/स्थल का विवरण |
This is apparently one of two entrance gateways leading to the Nagri town. The square gateway is of fairly decorative quality and about 20ft high. The gateway is double faced with pointed arches on both faces. The spandrel of the gateway is adorned with coloured ceramic tiles set in a geometric pattern. The wooden door has been lost over time but the lintel lintel, which is think and ornamented, still survives. The pointed arch also has a tiled surround. There is a square tile-work band surrounding the arched opening of the gate. The sides of the arched opening are adorned by decorative brick pilasters. |
