| History / इतिहास | |
| Brief History / संक्षिप्त इतिहास | According to locals the site goes back to the time of the Pandavs who used this spot as a resting place in the last year of their exile. While this could not be confirmed, there are material evidences within the site to support the historicity of the temple complex. The site is archaeologically a very rich and unexplored resource. |

| Description of Building/ Structure/Site
इमारत/संरचना/स्थल का विवरण |
The site is interesting for its location and its remoteness from the main town. To reach here, one has to cross River Naaz on foot after passing through dense vegetation. It is almost completely hidden under the canopy of large peepal and other trees. The baoli is the first structure to be reached after crossing the river. It is linked to the temple water tank through a narrow channel. A natural stream feeds the water tank around the temple before it enters into the baoli to finally exit and merge with the adjoining Naaz Naala. The baoli is dedicated to Lord Shiva and has a small shrine, holding deities next to it. These seem to be recent constructions. |
