| Description of Building/ Structure/Site
इमारत/संरचना/स्थल का विवरण |
The house is a traditional courtyard type with rooms arranged round the square courtyard which served as a private space. The range of the house facing the road also has a centrally located decorated gateway which is set within curved recessed arches made by moulded bricks. The rooms are almost equal sized with exposed timber ceilings. The building has been ornamented using moudled brickwork and corbelled bands. The fenestration details are also fairly decorative in quality with brick projecting surrounds and pilasters. The rainwater drains running the sides of the building are also of interest. |
