| Brief History / संक्षिप्त इतिहास | The exact date of the garden could not be ascertained, but it seems that it was constructed during the Dogra rule. A double storied brick building serving as sarai was located in the garden even during the late 19th century, which was recently demolished. |

The garden comprises of a enclosure with numerous mature chinars and a pool which is fed with the waters of the Anantnag spring by a stone chadder. A raised stone platform in the garden serves as a nimazgagh for worshippers. |
