Topographical Description / स्थलाकृतिक विवरण	The property is located in the series of historic houses in the Kadipora locality, which is located at the base of a low-height hill. The area is also popular for the presence of a natural spring Gaj Nag. The neighbourhood is fairly plain and devoid of much plantation.

Local / Traditional description associated with Built Heritage / Site निर्मित धरोहर / स्थल से सम्बंधित स्थानीय/ परम्परागत विवरण	The Mohalla (or locality) was traditionally commercially active with most houses carrying out their businesses from the shops in the ground floor, while living on the upper residential quarters of the building. Therefore, this street stretch mostly consists of residential-commercial mixed use properties. The tall buildings, each abutting the other create a wall-like profile for the Kadipora street. The street is also popular for the presence of a spring (Nag) here; known as Gaj Nag.

Description of Building/ Structure/Site इमारत/संरचना/स्थल का विवरण	The building is three-storey high with the ground floor occupied by shop and the upper floors serving as residential part. The second floor has a continuous projecting wooden balcony with embellished with carvings and latticework windows. The projecting portion being supported on wooden brackets. The building is exceptional in terms of the external decorations it bears. There is one room in the first floor and one large hall on the second floor.

Building/Structure material and other material used प्रयोग में लाई गई इमारती / संरचनागत सामग्री और अन्य घटक	Very prominently a wooden building in terms of the use of material. The whole of the font fa ade is highlighted by fully carved timber walls. The load bearing building is constructed in brick which is plastered on the outside with lime. The front face carries a series of four similar latticework pinjrakari windows. All the windows are square in shape and start at floor level with the bottom consisting of a carved wooden panel dill-paet . The first floor windows are surrounded by pointed arched profiles. Another decorative feature of interest is the continuous band of wooden fascia that conceals the wooden structural floor joists. The building is surmounted by a double-pitched roof.
