Therefore, this street stretch mostly consists of residential-commercial mixed use properties. The tall buildings, each abutting the other creates a wall-like profile for the Kadipora street. |

The building is three-storey high with the ground floor occupied by shop and the upper floors serving as residential part. The rectangular building has two rooms on each floor on each side of the central corridor. The entry to the house is from the rear. The property is surmounted by a double-pitched roof with a central roof ridge. |

The building is mainly a load bearing construction with the attic floor built in dhajji dewari. The main component of the building material is therefore brick which is left exposed on the outside and plastered with mud on the inside. The face of the building is highlighted with the ground floor as a shop-front, the first floor having a row of similar segmental-arched window openings and the second floor with square shaped windows. Each floor level is also characterised by a band of exposed wooden floor joists. |
