Therefore, this street stretch mostly consists of residential-commercial mixed use properties.

Description of Building/ Structure/Site इमारत/संरचना/स्थल का विवरण	The main entrance to the building is located on its rear side. However there is a service entrance in the middle of the building on its front face which is on the road. The house has three floors and an attic it is largely symmetrical in plan with a prominent horizontal alignment. The ground floor facing the road has a series of ventilators with interesting latticework or pinjrakari insertions. The ground floor has four rooms and the first floor has two large rooms on each side of the central staircase which have traditional wooden partitions across the width of the rooms varusi .

Building/Structure material and other material used प्रयोग में लाई गई इमारती / संरचनागत सामग्री और अन्य घटक	The ground floor is constructed in large ashlars of stone, whereas the upper three floors are constructed in load bearing brick masonry walls. Therefore, the structural system of the building comprises load bearing brick walls with wooden floor joists. The building face has visible decorative details. The first floor face of the building directly over the road is highlighted by painted and recessed panels essentially around the window openings. The window panels are mullioned with stained glass panels. The decorative mouldings on the wall faces are done in lime-work. A wide and ornately carved wooden fascia conceals the structural floor system on the main fa ade of the building.
