The tall and commodious building is four-storey high with a centrally located entrance. The ground floor consists of a large room with the kitchen and sitting combined together. The staircase is at the far end of the building. The first and the second floor comprise the central corridor with four rooms on each side of the corridor. The third floor, however, consists of a large hall with two wooden bay windows or balconies dubs projecting out at each end of the building. |

The ground floor is constructed in stone masonry, whereas the upper three floors are constructed in load bearing brick masonry walls. Therefore, the structural system of the building comprises load bearing brick walls with wooden floor joists. The building facade comprises rectangular window frames within square arched masonry openings. Most of the windows have glazed-in-panels window shutters with a wooden sill dil-paet . The flooring is applied with a coat of mud as also the internal walls. The walls are kept exposed externally. |
