It is a two chambered temple on a high plinth. The vimana is in pancharatha rekha style and the jagamohana is in pidha style. The temple is about 40 feet high and is enclosed by a boundary wall. Decorative naga pillars are found in the pabhaga. The bada portion is fully ornamented. The doorjambs of both vimana and jagamohan have carved images of Lakshmi, dvarapalas, scrolls and nvagraha slab. The presiding deity is a Sivalingam. The side deities are Ganesa, Kartikeya Parvati.
