It is a three chambered temple. The vimana is pancharatha rekha type while the jagamohana bhogamandapa are of pidha type. The temple is plain, thickly plastered and white washed. It stands on a high plinth. A boundary wall encloses the temple. The height of the temple is about 40 feet. The doorjambs have no navagraha slab but there are saivite dvarapalas Lakshmi in padmasana. The presiding deity is an uneven Sivalingam. The side deities are later addition, are Ganesa, Kartikeya Parvati with their proper mounts. |

The temple is thickly plasted and whitewashed built with sandstone and laterite. The boundary wall is built with laterite. |
