The main shrine consists of an open granite mandapa behind which is a huge flat-roofed mandapa. The inner mandapa contains many rows of pillars which are square and octagonal in shape at different levels of their height. Behind this there is another huge flat-roofed mandapa with the same type of pillars. Beyond this is the antarala with flat roof. Behind the antarala is the garbagriha. Huge Dwarapalakas are seen on either side of the main sanctum. |
