It is a two chambered temple. The sanctum of the temple is of Pancharatha rekha design and the Porch is Pidha style. The presiding deity is a Siva lingam and the side deities are beautiful early images of Ganesa, Kartikeya and Parvati. The temple is thickly plastered by line mortar. The door jambs have the sculptures of Navagraha, Lakshmi and dvarapals. Height of the temple is about 35 feet. A brick boundary wall encloses the temple complex. |
