| Brief History / संक्षिप्त इतिहास | The site was noticed in 1978 during village to village survey by Bhopal circle. On the basis of the sculptural remains, the history of the area belongs to medieaval period. The famous Buddhist site Sanchi is situated near the village. |

1. There is a huge mound on the bank of the river. Historical pottery and other antiquities were collected from the surface and the section. 2. A quite number of medieaval sculptures are lying on the platform under worship. 3. There is also a Sati pillar in the village. Used only local sand stone. |
