It measures 200X300m. There are a mosque and a shiva temple with medieval sculptures in the temple compound. The remaining portion of the site is being used for cultivation. Maximum portion of the mound is occupied by present village settlement. The site yields red ware and black ware fragment of stone sculptures like Kalyan-sunder, Ganesha, Lakshmi, Kaumari, Yogis, Vidhyadharas, Parvati and other fragmentary sculptures. It seems to be a temple site of early medieval period. |
