It is three chambered temple of pidha design. The temple raised stands on a high plinth. The doorjambs of the Vimana contain the sculptures of Narasimha. Vaisnavite dvarapalas and in carninous of Lord Vishnu, sculptures of Ganesha and Lakshmi are found on the doorjambs of Bhogamandapa. The presiding deity is a image of Jagan Matha. The side deities are early images of Trivikrama, Narsimha and Varkha Vishnu. Both Jagamohana and Bhoga mandapa are vaulted roofed. The sculptures of Dasavatra and erotic are depicted on its outer wall. Mural paintings are found in its Bhogamandapa. Height of the temple about 30 feet. |
