It is a three chambered temple. The temple stands on a high plinth. The sanctum is of pancharatha rekha design. The porch and the offering hall are of pidha style. The doorjambs of its porch bears the sculptures of a planets. The presiding deity is a Siva Lingam. The side deities in the niches are early images of Ganesha, Kartikeya and Parvati. The images of Uma Mahesvara and Ganesha with Uma are found kept inside the Jagmohana. Erotic sculptures are found depicted on the bado portion of the temple. The height of the temple is about 25 feet. |
