It is a three chambered temple of pidha order. The exterior walls are beautifully decorated by the affixed sculptures. These are cult deities, such as incarnation of Vishnu dikapalas etc. and the secular images such as dancing men and women. The side deities are Trivikrama Narasimha and varaha in the niches and the presiding deities is image of Dadhi bomana. The lintel slab above the doorjambs contains Navagraha figures and the doorjambs have the images of Lakshmi and two dvarapalas. A pillared and carved verandah seems around the temple complex giving it the appearance of a sandhara temple. The height is about 38 feet. |
