It is a double storey structure built on a square plan. The entrance to the building is through an arched opening that has glass paned doors and windows. Above the arch are two rectangular openings, one being wider than the other is. There are eaves attached to the walls on either side of the entrance. |

The wall of this structure is made up of lakori bricks and plastered with lime mortar plaster. Red sandstone is used in the facade and lintel level. |
