The main entrance of the mosque is reached by a lofty staircase and contains an inscription written in Naskh characters which refers to the construction of the mosque. The mosque is built on high ground and is a prominent structure in Shahjahanabad. The mosque rises to a height of about 20 m. The mosque has a square courtyard surrounded by a cloister. On the west side of the court is the main body of the mosque, consisting of 5 arched compartments three bays deep. On the north, south, east there are 5 domes each, making a total of 30 domes. The courtyard has a water tank. |

The wall of this structure is made up of random rubble stone masonry. The staircase is made up of marble. The floor is made up of Kota stone. The dome is made up of brick and plastered with cement. |
