The domed building is square in plan and constructed on a raised plinth, which measures approx. 5.36 sq. m. It is roofed by a hemispherical plastered dome rises from an octagonal drum. The domed roof is supported on 12 pillars of dressed local grey stone, which has carved base and capitals. Over the capitals originally ran a red sandstone chajja over which there is a grey stone frieze. There are portraying exquisite architectural features of battlements motif, which crown the roof, and on the octagonal drum of the dome. It appears to have been surrounding originally on the north, south and east sides by an enclosure wall and on the west by a pillared arcade. Spaces between the columns on the east are closed with rubble masonry, while on the south, the central pillared space has been furnished with wooden door and either side is filled in with perforated cement jail.
