The domed building is square in plan and constructed on a raised plinth, which measures approx. 4 sq. m. It is roofed by a hemispherical plastered dome rises from an octagonal drum and is crowned with inverted lotus cresting. The domed roof is supported on 12 pillars of dressed local grey stone, which has minimally carved base and capitals. There are portraying exquisite architectural features of petal and kalasa like motif at the base of the dome, which crown the roof, and on the octagonal drum of the dome. It is used as a residence and further inspection was not possible due to the surrounding residing population.. |
