Description of Building/ Structure/Site
इमारत/संरचना/स्थल का विवरण
The gigantic mosque building is rectangular in plan and measures 26.5m by 11.6 m. It consists of three bays which were sealed but external domes were not completed. There are little projecting galleries above the apex of the arches in the corner side of each bay. The mosque was surrounded by an enclosure wall pierced by a doorway on the north, in which traces of wall can be seen on the north. The entrance to the building is through a small wooden doorway which is a later addition and small niches on either side of the entrance. Now the space between the enclosures from all sides has been occupied up by newly constructed residential buildings and it is also being used for dwelling purpose.
