The triple-storeyed building is a colonial style structure. It is made with many colonial elements such as circular columns, sloping roofs, balconies and terrace parapets. The building has a small facade and balcony supported on carved stone brackets. The outer exposed portion of the third floor covered with glass in blocks supported by iron panels. The lower portions or ground floor is used as shops and dwelling houses externally. |

The building is constructed of brick masonry in lime mortar and is finished with lime plaster. Modern bricks have been used in additions and extensions. Iron reinforcement has been used for the beams. Red sandstone has been used as structural material for roofing. Doors and windows are made of wood. |
