The mosque is in close proximity to Rajaon Ki Baoli adding to the richness of that complex and its surrounding.The mosque, supposedly one of the oldest structure of this proximity.

The rubble built mosque constructed on a rectangular plan and contains three mihrabs on its western Qibla wall. The central mihrab is emphasized by raising the wall and has short returns wall on the north and south. The central mihrab and the open arches in the southern walls are altered and wooden window fixed within. Either end of the western wall, there is flanking minarets topped by guldastas, which is imitating like Qutub Minar. It has lately extended large courtyard used for congregation purpose and Madarsa. A tin sheet roof has now been put up, partially covering the courtyard.
