Sita Ram Bagh temple is one of the oldest temples of Hyderabad city. It was built by Marwadi merchant, Puranmal Generiwala. For the maintenance of the temple, Nawab Nasiruddoula granted villages of Bordi and Akoli in Barar. Later on Maharaja Chandulal the Prime Minister of Hyderabad granted some lands in Aurangabad district. |
