Ripon building is a 3 storyed structure, square plastered with doric columns porticoes on the east, west and north sides. A series of corridors connelt the office rooms. The building is encircled by an open verandah on the first two storys and closed verandah on the top story. The structure is surmounted by a done and a clock tower. |
