Two tamil inscriptions in the ruined perumal temple record gifts of land by Chakrapani Vasudevan for worship in the temple called Vasudeva vinnagar in one of the inscriptions dated in the seventh year of the rign of Rajakesarivarman, is called rajaekesar vinnagar in the other dated in the eleventh year of the reign of parakesarivarman. |
