| Brief History / संक्षिप्त इतिहास | The Ninth Sikh Guru, Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji visited this place during his journey of Malwa region. He rested under a Neem Margosa tree. The leaves of the tree are bitter in taste except one branch which leans over the Gurdwara. Guru Ji had pulled a twig from this branch to cleanse his teeth. |

This building is made up on a square plan with octagonal pillars on all four sides. The main entrance is approached with stepped staircase which has multicusped arched entrance supported with pilasters. The four pillars have one onion domed canopy each. The central part of the building has a onion dome with inverted lotus pattern design and finial on top. |

This building is made up of bricks and plastered with cement. Marble is used in the decorative works and floors. Wood is used in the doors and windows with the support of iron bolts. |
