Its land surface slopes in the north-east-south-east direction with a gentle gradient of about 0.8 meter per kilometre. The whole area of the Patiala district is covered by Indo-Gangetic alluvium. The structure lies in the semi urban setup of the city. |

It is a double storeyed building built on a rectangular plan. The lower storeys have shops and only upper storey is visible. The main entrance is through an iron gate. The building two projected balconies. There is lattice work in the tall structure. |
