| Topographical Description / स्थलाकृतिक विवरण | Patiala district forms a part of the Indo-Gangetic plain. It is composed of the materials deposited by rivers during recent geological past. Its land surface slopes in the north-east-south-east direction with a gentle gradient of about 0.8 meter per kilometre. The whole area of the Patiala district is covered by Indo-Gangetic alluvium. The structure lies in the semi urban setup of the city. |

It is a double storeyed structure built on a rectangular plan. The building is based on a slightly raised platform. The building has a huge fa ade with a multi foliated arched entrance. It has a rectangular opening used for entrance. The upper storey has multiple arched windows. Above it, there is a Bengali chhatri with a slanting cornice. The structure also has a squat dome. There are multiple windows on the back side. |
