The building is constructed of rubble masonry and consists of series of circular platform in descending order, having the form of a terraced pyramid of successively receding stories and resembles a ziggurat and has no apparent function except to be part of the landscape. Just like a pyramid, a series of steps takes one to the top. It is distinctive in that it is fitted with colossal semicircular protrusions at the center of each face. |
