The gigantic three-storeyed structure built on a grand scale and stands on a large plot, dominating the surroundings with shops on the ground floor. The first floor and second floors have verandah which are recessed in the center. It has a very decorative facade. With a series of arches on the facade embellished with lattice screens work. Mouldings have been used to articulate the building form, in the classical tradition. The external wall has been relieved by regular pilasters with equal rhythms in block pattern. The external arches over the doorway are semicircular. The projected out balcony which runs all along at all levels furnished with multi design decorative jali pattern dominating the facade. At second floor projected balcony supported on carved stone brackets. It has been painted in a soft combination of off-white and yellow. |

The building is constructed of brick masonry finished with lime plaster, local stone, cemented floor, Jack arch vault roof and sandstone chhajja supported on stone brackets. |
