The large building is a single storey structure, constructed on rectangular plan. A small rectangular veranda is provided in the front of the rooms supported by the fluted columns. It has a flat roof built of sandstone slab and slab supported by Iron beam. A staircase has been fixed on the north-east corner of eastern facade. It has straight projected Chhajja runs along with front facade. At the east end of the building, there is a staircase leading to the roof which is flat. It is built with a large forecourt and in the center of the courtyard there is a beautiful shrine of Lord Shiva called Dudhiya Bhairo . The dome of the temple building is crown with blossom lotus which itself topped by gilded pinnacle. The name of building derived from the small temple erected on its courtyard. No prominent ornamentation is observed on the surface of the structure.

The building is built of rubble masonry up to the plinth level and Lakhori brick masonry finished with lime plaster. The rare wall of the building constructed partially by semi-dressed local grey stone and partially with Lakhori bricks. Red sandstone has been used as structural material for the roofing, chajja and some part of the flooring.
