The building has a very large frontage and has been built around two courtyards. The rooms are marked by high ceilings, decorative chandeliers. It is finished with decorative tile work and different types of moulding are articulating the building. Influence of colonial elements in the form of pilasters on the wall can be seen, which is painted in gold. |

The building is constructed of Lakhori brick masonry in lime mortar and is finished with lime plaster. Iron reinforcement and wooden rafters has been used for the the beams. Red sandstone has been used as structural material for roofing and decorative elements. Doors and windows are made of wood and glass is used in windows. |
