The vault roofed octagonal mandapa is next to the temple tank within the Kumbesvarar Temple premises. The mandapa erected on a raised platform. The open mandapa has eight octagonal pillars located along the outer edges of the mandapa. The pillars are linked to each other at the top, by Tudor arches, the arches have scalloped intradoses. The vault-roof is eight-faceted. |
