It is a single chambered raulted roofed temple. The temple is standing on a high plinth. The doorjambs have the sculptures of navagraha and women dvarapalas. The side deities are different forms of goddesses presiding deity is the image of four armed Bankeswari. The front side of the temple bears a few erotic sculptures. The northern wall of the temple has some later affixed sculptures of goddess Durga. A recent corridors is built around the temple. The height of the temple is about 18 feet. A brick boundary wall encloses the temple complex. |
