The eastern gateway is a grand arched gateway which leads to the courtyard of the dargah complex .The passageway has vaulted roof and sides have arched windows which are supported by carved pilasters. The windows have intricately carved latticed screens made up of red sandstone.The dargah complex is one of the major pilgrimage and popular place of attraction in Delhi. |

The structure is constructed of lakhori bricks and lime mortar. The cornice and brackets is made up of red sandstone. The door is made of wood. The structure walls have been coated with lime. |
