It was built with the courtesy of Late Maharaja Ranbir Singh of Jind on the occasion of his golden jubilee. Maharaja Ranbir Singh was not only an able administrator but also an intellectual person and the lover of education. |

It is a double storey structure built on a rectangular ground plan. It has an arched hallway in the front with rooms on the other side. The first floor has an open roof balcony with rooms with arched entrances. On top of it there is a flat rooftop with parapet raillings. |
