| Topographical Description / स्थलाकृतिक विवरण | Patiala district forms a part of the Indo-Gangetic plain. It is composed of the materials deposited by rivers during recent geological past. Its land surface slopes in the north-east-south-east direction with a gentle gradient of about 0.8 meter per kilometre. The whole area of the Patiala district is covered by Indo-Gangetic alluvium. The structure lies in the semi urban setup of the city. |

It is a double storeyed structure built on a rectangular plan. The building has a multi foliated arched entrance. It is a three bay arch entrance. There are multiple niches on the main fa ade. The upper floor has multiple rectangular aerial windows. The roof is flat. There are two tall turrets on one side of the building. |
