| Topographical Description / स्थलाकृतिक विवरण | Patiala district forms a part of the Indo-Gangetic plain. It is composed of the materials deposited by rivers during recent geological past. Its land surface slopes in the north-east-south-east direction with a gentle gradient of about 0.8 meter per kilometre. The whole area of the Patiala district is covered by Indo-Gangetic alluvium. The structure lies in the semi urban setup of the city. |

It is a double storey structure built on a rectangular plan. There are multiple aerial windows i.e gavaksha on the building. There is excess use of lattice work. The windows are in the shape of segmental arches. There is a projected window on one side of the building. |
