There are two structures inside the Rauza Sharif complex- a mosque and a tomb. The tomb of Khwaja Muhammad Zubair is constructed on a raised plinth approached by a flight of stairs. It is a single-storey structure built on a square plan. The structure consists of a globular dome and four octagonal shaped minarets. The dome is supported on a circular drum and is crowned by an inverted lotus with finial on top. The minaret is surmounted by a ribbed dome with finial on top and petaled decoration at its base. The structure has a pointed arch with niches on either side. The niches have multi-foliated arches inside a rectangular frame. The structure has been renovated and white washed. |

The tomb is built of sirhindi bricks and lime mortar. The door is made of wood. The structure has been renovated and white-washed and the door has been painted green. |
