This west facing building is built on a rectangular plan. It is a double storey building. The construction of the building is in Colonial European Style. The upper storey has a Georgian Colonial facade with a series of Roman Tuscan pilasters and Roman arches. The arches have decorative keystones. The terrace is surrounded by a parapet wall. The ground floor has a series of pilasters and columns on the right side. |
