The three-storeyed structure has two sides open. The ground floor has six shops and a homeopathy clinic. A staircase leads to the upper floor from the centre of the longer side. The openings on the first floor have semi-circular arches. The second floor has flat lintels. The parapet on the terrace is very colonial in style structure. The openings on the first floor have mouldings all around them. The iron railings are very decorative. A moulding marks the roof level of each floor. The terrace parapet also has decorative mouldings. |

The wall of the structure is made up of brick and plastered with cement. Red sandstone is used in the facade, cornice and lintel level. The entrance door is made up of wood with the support of iron bolts. The wall designs are made up of sandstone. |
