| Brief History / संक्षिप्त इतिहास | This is the oldest medical college in Delhi, named after Lady Harding, the wife of the viceroy, Lord Harding. The foundation stone was laid on 17th March 1914. The medical college became functional on 7th February 1916. |

It is a canopy built on a square platform having four pillars. It has a cornice supported by brackets. The octagonal drum is decorated with floral pattern and has trellis work at the centre. A cupola is based over the drum. It has cresting too. |
