The building was constructed on a rectangular plan. The two-storeyed building is entered through a majestic porch. Both the ground and first floor have arched colonnades.Porch adorns with a hemispherical dome surmounted with octagonal drum. On the northern corner of the building are semi octagonal turrets which have octagonal domed pavilions at first-floor level. Red sandstone battlements and ornamentation on the underside of the dome with incised plaster is observed. Engravings on sandstone on facade are the only prominent work done in the name of the ornamentation. |

Local quartzite stone is used in the wall and the roofs are marked with the sandstone on iron girders. Floors are cemented. |
