It is built on an elevated platform and is approached by a lofty staircase. The mosque has three bulbous ribbed domes with pinnacle on top. The main entrance has inverted lotus design. Gateway has a multifoliated arch which is crowned by battlement parapet and two minarets with upturned floral pattern and pillar supporting cupola with eves. The wings are three bay wide and two bay deep with multifoliated arches. Colonnaded verandah with foliated arch openings and majestic turrets with angular designs make it remarkably impressive. |
