इमारत/संरचना/स्थल का विवरण
It is a three storey structure with ground floor having multi-cusped arches and shops. At the corner is magnificent marble stairs to first floor. On first floor there is a large courtyard surrounded by a pavilion having multi-cusped and round arches, central part is an open courtyard.The arches are supported by ionic pillars with floral capital. Behind the pavilion there are rooms on two sides. One side has library and another side has a small hall flanked by room on both the sides. On second storey there is double multi-cusped arches and a marble railing with screen work running on all sides.The first and second floor also have Chhajja running all around the courtyard. Second floor also has double pillar design with angular pattern over it. The courtyard is now closed with a false ceiling made of fiber sheet In the name of decoration floral motifs , moulding are carved on the surface.

The facade of the structure is made up of buff sandstone. The wall of the structure is made up of bricks and plastered with cement and painted with distemper. The floor is made up of white marble. The windows are made up of wood and steel rods. The roof is covered with glass which is supported with iron bars.
