It is a two chambered pidha deula built in sandstone and lime used as the mortar. Infront of the temple there is a modern pidha mandapa. The temple stands on a platform. The presiding deity of the temple is a siva lingan. Some beautiful sculptures are also found inside the temple. All the side deities niches have fallen vacant but the images are kept inside the garbhagriha and mukhasala. There are sculpture of Ganesha, Karfikeya and Parvati of early date, two dvarapalas are found in the door jamb of the sanctum. The height of the temple is about 30feet |
